During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. t800 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. t800 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a t800 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the t800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, Boost, and Malaysian online banking transfers.

Deposits: Deposits made via supported payment methods will be processed and credited to the user's account in accordance with the processing times of the selected payment method. t800 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. Users are required to have their bank account details completed in their profile before submitting a withdrawal request. t800 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the specified limits.

Transaction Cancellation: Processed deposit transactions are generally non-reversible. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the t800 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension & Closure

T800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or instructions from relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, t800 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the suspected activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via an approved payment method once the verification process is complete.

Amendments to Terms

T800 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
